Score Syncing and Fetching: We temporarily access form scores through Google Forms APIs to display them to you. This data is never stored on our servers.
Google Classroom Integration: When you connect a Google Classroom course, we request the minimum Classroom scopes required to (a) list the courses and coursework you own or co-teach so you can pick a destination assignment, and (b) push the score a respondent earned on the linked Google Form™ back to the matching Classroom assignment. We do not read student rosters, classwork attachments, announcements, or grades for any other coursework, and we do not store Classroom data on our servers beyond the linkage record needed to route the next score sync.
Google API Compliance: Our use of Google Forms and Google Classroom APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only use this access to provide the features you have requested, we do not transfer this data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve those user-facing features, we do not use it for advertising, and no humans read this data except (i) with your explicit consent, (ii) for security investigations, or (iii) to comply with applicable law.

If our proctoring feature is used, images are temporarily stored for up to 60 days to ensure service functionality. After this period, the images are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We ensure that these images are securely managed and removed to maintain your privacy.
We protect the data we handle using secure, industry-standard methods to ensure it remains safe from unauthorized access or misuse. All communications with Google Forms are secured, and we maintain strict security measures for any data processed through our services.
Once data (such as proctoring images or URL-encoded formats for resubmission) is deleted, it cannot be recovered from our systems.
When using our platform, deleting data from our website will not affect any data stored in your Google Drive or Google Forms. We only access Google Forms to read the data and display it to you. We do not modify, edit, or delete anything from your Google Forms or Google Drive unless explicitly required to provide specific features or services (such as negative marking). Any changes to Google Forms will be clearly communicated and will be done only with your consent.
